  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return.

6. Layaway Policy

  • Deposit: A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price is required.
  • Term: The layaway period is 90 days, with a requirement of one payment per month.

7. Special Orders

  • Deposit: A minimum deposit of 30% is required for special orders. Custom orders require a 50% deposit.
  • Non-Refundable: Deposits on special orders are non-refundable.
  • Custom Orders: No exchanges or returns are accepted on custom orders.
